Welcome to Stationery Bazaar! We hope to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience that will leave you feeling comfortable & satisfied. In order to do this we have incorporated several payment options for you. – They are as follows:
Payment Options
1. Manual Credit Card.
The Manual Credit Card option allows you to enter your credit card details into a Site Secure Server as you go through the online checkout of the Stationery Bazaar website. Your details will be accessed by authorised staff at Stationery Bazaar to process your payment when your order is confirmed and packed. Your Credit Card details are not kept after the transaction unless specifically asked by you for them to be retained.
We accept all major Credit Cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express & Diners Cards.
2. Cheque Payments.
Payments by Cheque are to be made out to “Playscape / Spokes for Bikes” for the Total Amount as stated on your order form.

• Please Note – For Payments by Cheque, it is our standard business practise to wait until the funds have cleared before releasing orders.
3. Bank Deposit.
Payments by Bank Deposit can be made either with Internet Banking or Over the Counter at any Westpac Bank in New Zealand. The Bank Details for Deposits are as follows:

• Please Note – The Bank Deposit Option is not currently set up as a direct option in the Checkout System of the Stationery Bazaar Website, if you are choosing to pay by Bank Deposit please select the Mail Order Option and leave a comment stating “Payment by Bank Deposit” where the Bank Details will be emailed to you again when your order has been received by us at Stationery Bazaar. Bank Deposit as a direct option is to be incorporated into the checkout system as soon as possible.
• Orders paid for by Bank Deposit will not be released until the funds are showing as received in our Account Statements – the Statements are checked every weekday.
Shipping Information
1. We will ship orders nationwide through out New Zealand. We currently do not ship to International Destinations.
2. Shipping of orders will be sent by Courier where possible. For this reason the requirement of a delivery address where some one is able to be present to receive the order is optimal.
3. Any Delivery Address that features a Postal Box or a Rural Delivery Number will be sent by New Zealand Post.
4. The Stationery Bazaar website has a standard Freight Charge of $5.50 per order. This Freight Charge does not increase in price as the order size or order total amount increases, which means the more you purchase per order the less the freight per items ratio becomes.
5. For orders that are small in size and weight that are able to be sent for the lesser cost of the “Letter Rate” will be determined by the staff at Stationery Bazaar. If your purchase fits within the required parameters of the “Letter Rate” we will notify you by email of this option stating the reduced Freight Charge. (Please see # 4 for freighting conditions)
6. Expected Order Delivery Times when sent by Courier are as follows:
• Within Auckland – have a target delivery of the same day or next day service (dependent on time of order processing and pick up by Delivery Carrier)
• North Island of New Zealand – has a target delivery of next day service
• South Island of New Zealand – has a target delivery of a 2 day service
Delivery Times Quoted is as per Courier Working Day.
7. Expected Order Delivery Times when sent by New Zealand Post are as follows:
• Within Auckland – has a target delivery of next day service
• North Island New Zealand – has a target delivery of 1 – 2 days
• South Island New Zealand – has a target delivery of 2 – 3 days
• Rural Delivery New Zealand – can have longer delivery times dependent on particular Rural Delivery Runs.
Delivery Times Quoted is as per New Zealand Post Working Day.
8. You will be notified when your order has been processed and shipped. If you have not received your order within the specific expected target delivery times with the grace of 2 working days please notify us at Stationery Bazaar so we can track the parcel for you.
• Please Note – when an order is sent by courier to a Delivery Address that does not have some one there to accept the parcel the Courier will not leave the parcel unattended and will leave a card to say they have called. It is up to the receiver to contact the Courier company to arrange an alternative Delivery Time &/or Address.
9. Occasionally an item may be out of stock when ordered, we will notify you if this happens and usually it takes a couple of days to receive back into stock. If the delay is longer we will discuss the options with you.
